this is probably far from the first post with this suggestion, but why aren't usernames recycled after a certain period of time? There are some fantastic JSP names, ripe for the taking, not being used actively (one name I wanted is an account that has not been active since 2003 and has less than 10 posts)... Why can't names be recycled that:
Aren't Scammer/Gold Locked
Haven't been active 3+ years
Have no FG
