Hey everyone I just finally got my diablo working and iv been playing this game for ever but its been a few years now since iv played and have to start fresh

Was wondering what i should make for first character should i make a classic or go right into expansion? or have 1 classic rusher and then an expansion chacter what are your thoughts on what i should make first?

im in east softcore ladder

start xpac, much more players

Xpac ladder

Non ladder is empty and a bunch of modders usually in pubs

Classic is way more dead

Honestly I wouldn't bother but ladder if anything

only doing classic for rushing purpoposeswas gonna make like a orber hybrid

But if theres no point what pvm main should i make then? good old hammer din?

If you are going to start from the very start then start an MF sorc, perhaps a blizz sorc to build wealth first. If you are going to purchase an enigma then anything is good, perhaps a hammerdin or summon/CE necro.

Well.. theres no real good starter i'm a botter when it comes to d2 so i'd say hammerdin, sorc is gonna be expensive to be able to run baal hell smoothly.

My advice: Go for the hammerdin easy and cheap

Expansion ladder b/c most active pvm, orb/fire hybrid sorc
Respec to full lightning if you get hold of infinity runes and a good bunch of +skills first
Make hammerdin if you get hold of enigma runes first

i would start off with classic! then you can offer grush services easy!

further, you may also use expansion after classic.
