Very few things are objectively positive or negative. It's up to your interpretation. If you think all these things are exclusively negative then that is your fault - not theirs. It's your negative outlook that makes them appear so to you. Try looking for the positive aspects in these things.

There is an objective universe, and matter is all that is objectively real. What shape the matter is currently in isn't important. We don't know that universe....we just don't have access to it but some people get peaks of it sometimes when studying the advanced sciences and using technology, but only abstractly and never in any concrete way.

You can kind of do that too with strong enough hallucinations; have a shamanic spirit quest. Be careful where you look though, the abyss also gazes back. Ego death can be a difficult experience.

We live in our cozy symbolic universe, with thought and language and shapes, things that don't objectively exist. It's nice here.
