Hi, just got a gopro the other day with bunch of accessories with it.
Gonna mostly film my motorcycle cruises, cycling and random stuff, timelapsing etc

What would be a "simpler" software to put together a bunch of footage into a video and do some editing around it?
Also some photo editing too.

Have little to no video editing experience so not looking for anything super complicated and advanced.
Doesn't matter if it costs $ or free.

I use one called CamStudio Free which is pretty great. The other good thing for changing the format to make more space/compressed videos is called HandBrake. Both good tools

My favourite is Sony Vegas

Super easy to use and renders good results, you should definitelly try it out!

I think the best option for photo editing is photoshop, especially since recently I found interesting photoshop manipulation ideas http://weedit.photos/2017/photo-manipulation-photoshop/
