Just punch in your zip code, click your city/town and take a look at what you've been drinking.

6 contaminants detected in my local water
The levels for all of these are still far below the minimum regulations.
So I have good water I think.

Bromodichloromethane
Chloroform
Chromium (hexavalent)
Dichloroacetic acid
Total trihalomethanes (TTHMs)
Trichloroacetic acid

All of these are known to cause cancer

I read about a radio contest where a woman consumed too much and died of dihydrogen monoxide intoxication.

Oh man, people willing to consume dihydrogen monoxide willingly for money. What has this world come to?

But seriously, consuming too much water too fast can cause your cells to over hydrate and you can dry drown.

It's not a fun way to go.
