Assuming you are talking about the built in +skills, the only comparable damage claw that I am aware of is Doom Thirst.
So in losing 9% ON WEAPON ED you gain +LS and MB, which are very useful skills indeed. However..
by the time a Sin reaches level 97, with standard gear including dancers (not even including arachnids +1), I already have enough points available to reach: 10 second stun duration on MB, max venom + claw mastery, reach a good block%, have all useful traps, dragon claw and level 42 fade. At level 99 I have 2+ more points extra that I can choose to put in less important skills like cloak of shadows or shadow master.
What it boils down to is a small bit of extra MB dmg (which can certainly make up for less ED% on the claw with a defensive style of gameplay)
but not contributing to my Shadow Master being more likely to spam MB. And 3-4 more extra points that can go into less important skills like cloak of shadows or shadow master.
Doom Thirst is an amazing claw no doubt, but I feel that my claw suits my aggressive play style better, especially at lvl 99. And how could I not use a claw called "Wraith".

Iirc 40-15 max and Ohms have 99%+ identical result in average damage, I put in Ohms temporarily for the 545% ed looking pretty neat.
