steam games can be traded a to a mediator if needed then traded to the person receiving it once fg sent

Gift cards and actually trading games is completely different. People can easily scam used codes on cards while you have to physically trade the copy of the game over steam which is why it's legal. As drag said, a mediator can be used for the steam trade since you can give him the game and he can give to the person, whereas with codes you can not. All gift cards/ codes are illegal trades and can only be traded in the df

well thats stupid i can donate all my fg and still probs nvr have access to the donar forum. soo what would my incentive be lol
