Good for you

Good

That was the point I was trying to make, friend.

"Good for you" is all subjective to the person. Is the goal to get micronutrients like vitamins and minerals? Is the goal to have a low calorie meal to help with weight loss? Is the goal to hit your macros for the day. Is the goal to have nutrient rich meals with little to no extra added ingredients?

People worry about sugar intake, gluten, fast and slow carbs, macro intake, micro intake, etc.

What's your goal in life at the current moment? Lose weight? Just try and live an overall healthier lifestyle by getting more fruits and veggies? Bulk?

In regards to the macro intake, every person will have different opinions. You mainly just need to worry about caloric intake unless you're an athlete or competing seriously. Hit about 150+ protein per day and get your calories and you'll be fine. I tend to go after carbs more because they're gods gift to earth.

A lot of people do percentage breakdowns like 30% fat, 40% carb, 30% protein.
