I'm currently trying to bulk, but I'm not trying to just eat whatever I want.

I've been sticking to rice, chicken and veggies. I eat about 6 times a day with about 2-3 hours in between.

Am I supposed to be hungry after the time between meals? I just find myself always full. Should I cut down my meal portions?

Currently 6'2 215 if that helps.

How many calories?

I eat around 3200 right now.. 3 big meals and 3 snack periods, usually consisting of almonds and Greek yogurt.

E: meal timing is a myth

Usually around 5-600 calories a meal. So I end the day at about 300-3500 depending. That's not including my protein shake after working out. So I'd say another 250 calories with that.

Thats not terrible. I'd do larger meals and smaller snacks imo if you're having a hard time shoveling food down.

Yeah I'm hoping I get used to the calorie intake soon lol. It's more of a pain then anything.

I've been on it for almost 2 months and it still fucking sucks..

I find myself short at the end of the day and I cram the last 500 cals in via any food I can
