I won't even ask how you got into this situation but if you put your mind to it you can absolutely take yourself to where you want to be in not much time. You are only down around 10+ pounds, stay positive and know that in short time you will work yourself back up. It sounds like you're anxious. Don't let your mind destroy your goals. No one can give you the answer you are looking for here except for yourself. You know what you need to do. Stay strong.
