so I just went through rehab and i was working out every day, eating a fuckton 5 times a day and i was taking tbol and drol for a month whole there, got up to 220 - just finished the 90 days and now im barely eating anything, im broke, and i cant get to a gym for 5 more days.
i'm rapidly losing mass and i feel really shaky and weak - but in a week ill have a lot of food and test+tbol plus a gym membership with real weights.
how quick can i rebound, im down 10+ lbs already, trying to stay as hydrated as possible and im eating everything i can, even mars bars and bullshit just for calories

I won't even ask how you got into this situation but if you put your mind to it you can absolutely take yourself to where you want to be in not much time. You are only down around 10+ pounds, stay positive and know that in short time you will work yourself back up. It sounds like you're anxious. Don't let your mind destroy your goals. No one can give you the answer you are looking for here except for yourself. You know what you need to do. Stay strong.

get some cheap calorie-dense foods when you're able to.

sweet potatoes, peanut butter (not exactly cheap upfront, but in the long run...), roast some veggies drenched in cheap olive oil, chicken drumsticks, bagels with cream cheese, they have types of pasta made with chickpeas that have a decent amount of protein in it, with something like cans of alfredo sauce... got a food processor? can make some homemade hummus, put that shit on everything. you went to rehab and the doctors there let you take hormone compounds for 3 months?
