Okay, bear with me, I'm using the description I was given by someone else to try and identify this song.

I have found it in the past, but can't for the life of me remember what it was.

Here what we have to go off of:

Theres a hook similar to "I always feel like somebody's watching me"
*No it isn't Rockwell/Michael Jackson/Virginia and Vegas*

The beginning of the song sounds kind of "eerie" and they think the song sounds a little bit like an "emo" band.
The intro of the song was also said to resemble No Beef by Afrojack and Steve Aoki

So to make the details a little more clear:

mid-late 2000's
emo band
all white building in the music video
creepy feel to it
fairly certain the music video ends with the guy dying.
chorus/hook is something similar to "somebodys watching me"
and it isn't a cover or remix of that song in any form.
