I doubt they could get away with this. There's taking advantage of loopholes and grey areas, and then there's very obviously and deliberately exploiting the loopholes in the rules to abuse the system and bend the situation to your favour. Pretty sure you can't do that, even if the rules don't literally forbid you.

But then again, Atlético is getting away with Vitolo's transfer by giving him the money to pay for his release clause and have him play in Las Palmas while the transfer ban lasts, so who knows.

There's just NO way Uefa will let PSG get away with getting Neymar for this amount and pay him that salary. It's just not going to happen.

why not? clubs trolling the FFP for years.

etihad paid a unreasonable amount of money for the city stadium name. in no way shape or form that amount was even close to market value. there will be always ways to get money to the club. and especially sheiks clubs have done it for years without real punishment.

if FFP would have done his job, a lot of clubs would be in a lot of trouble. but it was a joke from the start.
