I've always train my leg with basic training from lunges to squat to leg press to leg curls etc... and I did bodyweight training before going to the gym(but I always knew my lowerback wasn't as strong as before) everyone told me deadlift was the shit, so I always wanted to upgrade a level of my training.
I did Parkour before which require good hamstrings , quads,calves ,glutes so my leg were always strong so it must be my back who's lacking ( Which I'm training right now) and also my form and I will try to post a video soon.
