block users in your block list from posting in your topics.

Augusta in example destroy the hceul diablo2 forum. He continuesly spamming in topics unrealistic prices, making the next offer looks better. Sometimes he uses alt accounts.
The point is, I don't want some people to post in my topics, but they keep posting and spamming. I don't want people in my block list to be able to post in my topics.
