That's the one I was referencing, an update prior to that broke dhcp in some instances.
Does it work fine if you give it a static IP? How about if you disable IPv6?

I've seen the FixDamage utility in MalwareBytes Anti-Rootkit fix a lot of these stupid networking issues.

DHCP can be broken all day but it pulled an IP so I'm not sure how that really applies here. At any rate the customer authorized a wipe and reload and that fixed the issue. Thanks all.
