I have had the dt 770 pros for many years but want to pick up a new pair of headphones even though their still running strong.

I haven't kept up on the times. I'm looking for the following :

Canadian priced, no more than 300 dollars.
Noise cancelling.
Over the ear.

I looked at the 650 when I first purchased my dt 770s but it was way out of my price range at the time.
