Core voltage isn't shown correctly iirc in cpu-z
What's ur temps like at that voltage under load?

It's correct, it shows similar range in the BIOS. I don't have a set voltage atm, it's set to auto for now.

Could also flip the radiator and fit a 2nd exhaust fan up top but I don't think it would be worth it - 2 Intake and 3 Exhaust.

Prime95 is rougher on a cpu than Aida64.

Auto voltage at 5GHz? Inb4 fried CPU.
