Mmmmm most of these cars are going to be associated with high repair costs if it came down to that.
A brz fits the bill as being fun, small, light and driver focused, but it won't suite you as being as quick as any of the cars listed, although you can drive it well in high rpms and push it easily at higher speeds. I don't know where you live, but I paid 28k for a brand new brz limited in 2014.
A new RF Miata would be awesome, but that's buying the new route. That's a bit more expensive than a new brz.
Again depending on where you live, you can ( or I can ) find plenty of M3s for the 20k range with Around the same mileage you're looking for.
You would be surprised that paying for a new car isn't really that bad, especially if it's one that has been sitting on the lot, and you sign the last few days of the month.
I feel like you should just save longer, and buy a new C7
