so i've heard. Do you do your usual workout in then too? I feel like i need my energy for the workout.
I know the rock does his cardio like 4am or w/e when he wakes up then goes home to eat and goes to the gym for actual workout.
Also i ran 5 miles yesterday since i didn't run monday and tuesday is leg day so i just use that as an excuse not to even tho my legs aren't that sore till a few days after
However, i was literally at the gym for damn near 3 hours yesterday it just took so long. About 40ish mins of that was cardio tho
I guess i just took a lot of rest or w/e with the rest of my workout idfk

Nah i'm not fat lol. the two hours includes cardio/abs which abs get hit every day for ~10-20mins probably if i had to guess and the cardio can take 30-40mins depending how much or how fast i feel like running.
What's your schedule like?
