2 Hours per day seems a bit excessive unless you only exercise 3 times a week or only do cardio few times a week

If you got alot of weight to lose I guess its ok

so i've heard. Do you do your usual workout in then too? I feel like i need my energy for the workout.
I know the rock does his cardio like 4am or w/e when he wakes up then goes home to eat and goes to the gym for actual workout.

Also i ran 5 miles yesterday since i didn't run monday and tuesday is leg day so i just use that as an excuse not to even tho my legs aren't that sore till a few days after :P
However, i was literally at the gym for damn near 3 hours yesterday it just took so long. About 40ish mins of that was cardio tho
I guess i just took a lot of rest or w/e with the rest of my workout idfk

Nah i'm not fat lol. the two hours includes cardio/abs which abs get hit every day for ~10-20mins probably if i had to guess and the cardio can take 30-40mins depending how much or how fast i feel like running.
What's your schedule like?

Empty stomach cardio has it's time and place, but I prefer eat a light meal to get my body going and THEN do the cardio then not having anything activating my digestive system.

Some kids swear by it, I don't really see the value. You look skinnier because stomach is empty and you're most likely to be the lightest in the morning because of nightsweats.

Perhaps cloudkicker can go scientific on us with the who's and why's :)
