yeah well I'm not a good runner imo.

Running in a gym is much easier then outside.

I ran 7 miles in 55 mins outside

yes, there is no wind, harder/uneven surface, etc.

I do at least an hour of cardio every morning usually on an empty stomach. MELTS fat right off.

Yeah I was asking if it works. In the morning I'm pretty hungry, idk if I could do this. Although there was a time where I woke up at 6 and had like 3 bites of toast and then did 1:30hour of training.
Does that count? Or does those 3 bites ruin it?
