It does pretty well work
Yeah I was asking if it works. In the morning I'm pretty hungry, idk if I could do this. Although there was a time where I woke up at 6 and had like 3 bites of toast and then did 1:30hour of training.
Does that count? Or does those 3 bites ruin it?
