I often do it after each of my workouts.
I ALWAYS do abs, and usually cardio and i'll run ~ 4 miles or less
Naturally this takes a lot of time, so I was curious if you all do this, and how long your gym sessions typically are?
I skipped the cardio today and it took only a little over an hour, where usually it'll take me 1 1/2 - 2hrs with cardio
edit: I suppose this has to do with your goals whether you wanna be lean or swole?? But i'm curious for the response
How long is your run if you do 4 miles?
Like 40mins at 7miles or something like that?
