I need to switch though, I don't feel like I'm getting much out of it anymore.

Got a second wind. Trying to push past 135 bench. Used to bench 135 but without going deep enough, now I'm doing it with proper form. Think I injured my shoulder today though :( hopefully it heals quickly.

Lololol this has to either be a troll thread or a comedy act.

You started and stopped 10 times and when you start again you have found an excuse to complain and stop again.

Sack up.

Did OHP today and my shoulder felt fine, so I'm going to just work through it. Getting sick though and thought I was going to puke on my squat warmup, so I left. Still feeling a bit more motivated than I have been in the past couple weeks. Squat is back up to 2 plate and in making consistent progress on my deadlifts.

Struggling with increasing my squats and OHP. Making some progress on those, but very slowly. Plateauing on 225 squats, but almost through to 230. Bench and Deadlift progress has been pretty consistent. Rows are whatever.

Eat more.

You shouldn’t plateau at 2 plates unless you’re not eating enough/not using correct linear progression.

Yeah I figured that was it as well. I'll try to squeeze some more snacks in my diet somewhere I guess. Thanks man.

I'm thinking about taking a break from strong lifts and trying out a 3-day split for a little while. Just to mix it up. Not sure if heavy strength training is really for me.
