Different computers won't help, only a different internet connection.
You can call your ISP and ask if they can give you a new IP, but it is unlikely that they will be able to.

They are able to but you have to have a legitimate reason and being temp banned from a video game isn't a legitimate reason.

Even then there are account rd also.
My friend was rd and i couldnt even use his char cause it was server down lol
