It's a bad time to buy in that range... cryptocurrency mining has exploded once again, so most graphics cards 150-400 are just not available anymore (i.e. bought out) or super inflated.

Washington state. Drove out into the country 15 mins to meet a guy who had the listing up for like a month so he was probably pretty willing to sell because he couldn't get any farmers to buy them.

I bought one for $275

The guy had 2 and would have let them go for for $250 each if I got both.
