As title states, I'm looking to build a PC for 3D rendering. I'm hoping this build will also allow me to play most games on ultra. VR and 4k would be cool but I doubt it's within the budget. Is the jump from a 1060 to 1070 build worth it?

With budget under 1k, and for 3d rendering Ryzen is a no brainer pick.
I didn't even click the links, but I can guarantee its a Ryzen in there that's how much of a given it is
