My iPhone is full of pictures. But when I try to open that folder on my laptop, the Internal Storage is empty. Not even a DCIM folder!

iPhone 5
Laptop runs on Windows 7

I tried some of the tips from google, but none helped. Has anyone else experienced this same problem and found a solution?

Thanks~

Ditch apple trash, get Android. You're welcome.

When you plug the phone into your computer make sure you hit trust on the phone. It should appear on your phone then you will be able to access pictures

this
or if your computer has bluetooth... the transfer rate is insane.

me and my girlfriend transferred about 1500 photos and 200 videos in a little under 8minutes.

Did that. Do that all the time. Always empty folder.

That takes forever, and I can't download/upload all at once. It just crashes. So I gotta do a few at a time. And for some reason, Google Docs won't let me download more than one at a time. I have like 300 pictures and a few videos...

I don't want a different solution - a bandaid solution. I want the answer to why the fuck the folder is appearing empty!!!
