This is a starter build at 100 FG. I can offer more elaborate setups using scepters and rare items but that work cost more. The point of this thread is to offer affordable gear setups for three popular types of characters that have been proven to be viable builds for hell chaos runs.
But to answer your question. My paladin does not hit 75% faster cast rate no. He hits 30 fcr and does 12-13k hammers.
The 100 fcr build presented here offers somewhere around 8k hammers with 48% fcr breakpoint with outstanding survivabilty due to the maximum resists increase from irathas set and the massive amount of resist offered by the set combined with gold skin.
