I'll create an event and invite everyone on Monday. I'll give a few days for everyone to post their chosen 5 year stretch, stats, whatever else they want, and then everyone will post their seeding. Aggregate 9th and 10th seeds will be eliminated and then we will do a double elimination tournament like described in the OP
