I'm just wondering guys, how do we compare eras. I mean, we want to win as much as possible in a five year period and the guys we draft are in their prime for five years.
Wilt in his prime scored 50 a game and grabbed like 27 boards as well. How do we translate that to today? Someone picked KAJ at 4. His best years, stat wise, were before Lakers, but he WON more with the Lakers.
So many questions before I make my selection.

It's open to interpretation to whoevers voting I guess.

Which makes it more interesting imo. Kind of have to go off jsp concensus (wilt, bird etc are bad)

Good pick. Magic was my backup plan if you went Duncan.

I think my pick eliminates me from contention because Timmy isn't a sexy pick but oh well.

Lol doesn't matter to me I'm just saying the rule is 1hr from when you login if it's your turn. Otherwise 24 hrs if you haven't logged in. To keep things moving along.

Should be 1 hour from a post. In case it says they're logged on on their phone?

Regardless this is just a rule basically for someone who continues to abuse the time clock. Like idk if your hour actually was up... but I wasn't going to rush in and say Tim Duncan the second it hit your hour.

I mean I could've picked earlier but I just figured maybe he was here and could confirm, but he went offline, so fugg it.

I was deciding on Duncan or Magic, and went Magic because I think he's THe point guard that would make everyone better around him, and due to the size. He's a proven winner. We are going on a 5 year period, not CAREER, so five years of Magic in his prime will be great. We're talking 19/12 with like 7 boards, 3 steals, and buckets for everyone.
Duncan great as well, he was a beast in his prime but I feel at the PF position, we have a ton of veeeeeeeery good ones.

Fair enough. I liked Duncan more though because he is a phenomenal defensive player and in his prime was a monster in the post as well. A great team player that won't be an issue when surrounded by other great players.

Magic is a mismatch on offense and can do a lot of things well. Defensively though I just think Duncan is far superior and that's why I preferred Duncan over magic. Choosing magic you will have to be creative with your roster because I don't think he can guard other teams point guards (just as most point guards won't be able to cover him).
