While I've already addressed the first part of that, I would like to point out that there is no way you are playing AND reviewing two games in one hour. Or really even playing. Or reviewing. Either one. Unless you are JUST doing pre-recorded vods, in which case this would be a different service altogether.

Lane positioning, wave management, when to trade, brush control, when to roam, tracking the enemy jungle, counting cs, where to stand in lane, pathing in the jungle, I could keep going but hopefully you can get the idea. It's not "when to flash" that coaches teach people. I almost feel bad because I'm assuming you play very casually and either dont play ranked at all or dont play it at a high level. But maybe this will help you understand a little bit.
