So new season is coming up soon, I plan to play it. My goal is to be able to build a speed clearing Bounties character, as fast as possible.

Last time I played the Witch Doctor with some chicken form and pets was pretty fast and safe for t13 bounties. However, the drop on those two set items was very crappy, also pets require quite some specific gear to be effective. That was like few seasons ago.

What is the situation now?
