thank you so much ghot, i seriously appreciate it. i wanted to try locktite but i was under the impression it was super permanent (iv never used it) but looking at it now it makes a bit more sense

I would try the star washers 1st. If you still have vibration problems, then maybe try Loc-Tite.

IF you do go with LocTite, be very careful...like a 1/4 of a drop will be plenty.

Another idea is maybe call Corsair. It may just be a faulty pump (heatsink). If they don't spin properly, you will have problems like you are having.

you could simply add plumbers tape to the threads of the screws.

130f is not okay, are you drunk? 55c at idle is nuts, id open a tab practically hit 70c, let alone the noise....
and the second is evident.

but on another note, plumbers tape is non conductive, now i just need to see average heat temps.... but given that water heaters and such CAN (not do) push water as hot as 150 or more

You never said at idle(intense gaming session only)you must be doing something wrong
On my 3rd aio corsair never a problem with coming loose

lock washers against a mobo sounds like a TERRIBLE idea.. You're likely to fry something.

There's obviously something else wrong if its coming loose.. Is one of your fan blades missing causing it to vibrate like a dildo or what

I believe the heat sink has stand offs. So a star washer wouldn't be hitting the motherboard.

Didn't notice, But still.. There's something else majorly wrong if it keeps coming loose.

Could be a bad pump I guess. Might be out of balance somehow.
