it's not sticky keys it's a somewhat low pitched beep and it happens when i'm pressing a keys rapidly sometimes on blade & soul everything i could find is turned off in keyboard/accessibility so what the hell

it definitely sounds like a system sound

It's not, I can recreate sticky keys and it sounds very different and has a prompt asking me if i want to turn it on.

I'd just like to point out that this happens from purely letter keypresses too, no shift alt tab ctrl etc involved.

It's more like a Tone from a phone rather than a beep, but shorter
