If you go WWS you've got lvl20 magic arrow with normal attack, a source of Amp, and underrated physical damage. You can literally kill anything with that bow. No need for cold damage. With Nef in the bow you've got knockback. Or you can craft 20ias/+skill hitpower gloves and go ias and ed in the bow. Can spend skill points maxing penetrate for AR, getting a good valk, and maxing out Strafe, after that go evasion skills, imo. No need for CS since WWS has 1% per level.

Duress is a good option in terms of OW, but CB is incredibly nerfed on bows. And unless you're using strafe or single target attacks you're not benefiting from the CB and OW anyway. Fortitude should be your goal, but Lionheart works pretty well vs most everything you're gonna find, and the stats boost is huge.

You need a grand total of 56 ias to hit max strafe with a Diamond Bow. That's nothing when you've got a 2os bow to begin with. I've done Twitchthroe/Shael/LoH, Highlord/Shael/LoH, Goldwrap/Stealskull/15 jewel/Sig gloves.

Treachery would let you use one ias jewel with ed and another ed/max type and then go crafted/Cleg gloves. But the Venom isn't that much compared to ED from Lionheart, imo, especially when DS is so high.
