When you play a game... you should be able to find something decent every hour or so (I remember the d2 Mephisto runs, crafting on PoE, etc).

My change:
- Adding 2 extra leagues (standard and hardcore) where everybody starts from 0. The leagues to be reset after a fix period of time (or somebody reset it)... and the drop rate to be huge.

Lets just Devide the 10 remaining Players into 3 leaques. :lol: if you do some explore climbs you will find something.. There have been several 180ee+ or even 200ee+ drops lately.. If you look at the Player base and the actual explore climbs this seems pretty ok.

More would play based off of making fg and what not with huge drop rates.

Huge drop rates would kill the market. If people would play and actually explore they would find good items. The droprate is by far not as bad as it used to be.

Every game that attract ppl has a system like this, with multiple leagues, fresh economy from time to time, fun gameplay.
Maybe thats the reason, there are just 10 players left.

LS has such a great potential...

There has to be a reason for people to play it. Not just for the guild points.
If you still having fun playing... good for you.
Im not kidding, I felt asleep during some climbs in the past...

I am sure that works well for games with ten(thousands) of players.
So you drop a lot of good items in the extra leaque to take them over at the reset to kill the economy..
I would rather see sellable wellables with a harder but more rewarding well.. Maybe with more profs too. + improved spawning rates for ambush maybe and let them drop whites.

The addition of unlimited level mobs excited me. But there is no benefit of climbing past 101.
I've climbed to levels that you have to regen after 1 mob, and those mobs are still dropping tier 1's. ep's are the only real chance of seeing usable loot.
While I understand that the drop rate was adjusted, i feel it could still use some work.

only dropping items a maximum of 40 levels below character level would be interesting to try, and doesn't seem too give too much of an Unfair Advantage. ( would have to try something like that to be sure)

The higher classes have an xp penalty, maby give them some magic luck or increased drop percentage. (this would reward the players actually climbing the ladder and not only playing for items.)
or possibly the same type of bonus for mq attempts. (quite a smaller bonus amount for this one)

A few years ago during a patch mistake a mysterious level 60(tier xv) dropped, while adding them in wouldn't help for quite a while, it might bring back some excitement(and players) to the game.
and ofc there was the april fools sword

Angelic paulmanium sword
Level Req: 60
Damage: 102 to 1029

+245% Enhanced Effect
+36 Vitality
+223 Max Life
+5% Experience Gained


Unlimited item tiers could also be fun, normal players wouldn't care about anything past 65 (or 70 to use for 1 level). but could still be a lot of fun.
As long as you can find them.


There are a ton of changes that could be made, In the end i'm just happy that we are seeing some life out of paul.
He always talked about his vision for the game, I would like to see more of it.

well i agree with most of your points, but you can't say the drop rate seems okay.... i checked the sexy thread for current season best was a 170 chain in nearly 3 month. That is just a horrible droprate IMO






/E: Give player something which they can farm SOLO and in a group ( ambush / wells / NMNM / EP hunting ) but the reward must be somewhere

Make some more party quests soloable. Scale them down accordingly. Would be nice to not have shamans and face the evil blocked the whole way to MQ.

Or even just add different quests that can only be obtained while soloing. Something along either of these lines would be neat. :thumbsup:
