If you just Google diablo 1.13 you'll find a torrent I'm sure. There's also a reddit thread that explains it, Google for that too.

go into your directory and delete patch D2.mpq
download the patch you want (1.13)
run the installer
you should be good to go

Google "Diablo 2 VersionChanger". Some guy in Germany made an archive of all the LOD patches and dll files.

Copy the DLL, MPQ and game.exe files from the 113 and all folders to your directory
