keep in mind that the total damage is INSANE when calculating also amp and 100% to duble damage.
228-278 damage for an upgraded with 2x 40 ed. Average dmg reduction in hell varies from 0 to 50dr
the total damage in hell vs regular monsters will then become 342-556 (449 average)
Compare it with windforce: 35 - 547 (average 291 raw damage) + which will then by multiplied by for example 80% crit/ds = 523.8 total, however still resised by dr(sorry, no amp xD)
so we get a 449 average with NO IMMUNES and 40 res vs 523 average with the need of secondary attack type vs PI or troubles vs resistant monsters
keep in mind i do not take dex into account. With more dex the wf will have more damage when compared to wws, but when taking into account all factors as crit/ds/amp etc the wws is a solid choice for pvm
