Bone Necro? my personal favorit character

Shaman Druid: 20 Grizzly, 20 Volcano, 20 Fissure, 20 Moulten Boulder, 1 to Armageddon and the rest to the Spirit of your choice (you can swap Grizzly out to max Firestorm for Fissure damage, but the tank is nice to have plus Grizzly is badass!)

How does that work?

It's quite fun and absolutely massacres Norm/NM, slower in Hell but still pretty safe and has two sources of damage. I should also mention that the 1 point to Armageddon is highly optional as there are a lot of pre-reqs to get to it, one may find those points better spent in their Spirit of choice!

iirc correctly, points into griz do not make it more tanky, spirit wolf does
