Kickers don't really beat anything above their level unless you're talking about pking people in tomb runs. Even then I would go with a higher single hit damage like tiger strike or charge

Charger is your best bet at 18 in that it can 1-hit chars, but its still beatable.

Everything makes people cry at level 18. They're all whiners.
