Dracul's grasp if you want Life tap (Zeal or Smite).
Laying of hands if you decide to zeal them down without Life tap.

HoZ is better for both smite and Zeal.
Phoenix is superior for Zeal.

For general pvm however, going without shield is also a good option (2-hands Death zealot).
