if i make a new acc and login old school, will i have trade restrictions?

I want to buy 07 gp on a lvl 1 acc and xfer it to someone else.

is this possible without buying membership?

either make it membs with a bond for 2.5m or so

else im not sure how it works, maybe u need to be logged in a certain time or reach a certain level

whats a bond? last time i played runescape before selling my acc was.... maybe 2 years ago

an in game item that costs around 2.5m in game and grants 14 days of membership

jagex sells bonds for money, basically allows "legal" rwt thats risk free, benefits jagex because 1 person can buy members for more than just himself

You either have to have x number hours onto it.

Or x quest points.

Before you got no trade restrictions.

If you buy a bond you have no restriction.

Either be members or have 20hrs of play time as f2p or x amount of quest points , ik 100% its 20hrs of gt

also, trade restrictions just means you can't GIVE items, you can still receive items, and you can BUY on the ge, just can't sell
