Well not necessarily.. I'm from Washington but hate Seattle sports and always have. Didn't help when Superbowl XL came along and the Seachickens got sent out by my team (Pittsburgh). I have favorite teams for every sport and not one is from the same area besides NHL (Penguins). I'm not loyal to a specific city when it comes to all sports across the board I guess. But ya don't need to say someone is a BW'er if they don't like the concurrent team in said state.

With that being said, the only reason I'll ever go to back Seattle is if they get an NBA stadium fucking built any time soon. Otherwise I just go past it on the way to the coast.
