post ideas to make this a better place

My ideas:
- blacklist "werbends" and threads that have the word "when"
- delete PoE Disco guild since all they seek is attention
- give moderator power to Bozzano
- give moderator power to Snyft2
- ppl who work with dispatch should get a better job/life before posting
- every thread that isn't poe related (except this one) gets closed and the creator warned
- at first sight of spam, warn all who are doing it and close the thread
- remember this isn't your personal playground, so, no shitposting
- USE GOOGLE! we are not your personal search engine

We can make this place better. Right now this section is a joke ruled by the cancer. Let's fight it!
