It's a 20c(Jeweler's Touch are roughly 17c at the start of the league) 6-link

and an optimal 7-Link 50% Totem life is INSANE for RF. A MUST use.

This is sweet idea. All you need is curse immune flask and you're set?

Another idea I had was for occultist. Since vaal pact and leech are out of the picture come 3.0, most ES builds wont make the cut.
Occultist can still use wicked ward+vile bastion & faster energy recharge stats to be relevant. Maybe even soul strike quiver for a build.
But I wanted a non-essence drain character lol.
I was thinking crit arc miner using the +power charge ascendancy. This way you can play as with a hit & reposition style against bosses/harder content. Once you start recharging, you will survive just about anything. Also, you don't have to worry about reflect.

Grand Spectrums are iffy, might be better to use other jewels.
Chest is 680 ES, not sure if that is too high or too low with new values.

That's some good recharge. I don't really know how to judge firestorm damage from Path of Building, but I assume the actual dps is probably like 20 times higher than the listed value? You can get 4 or 5 firestorms up, and each should have like 4 hits/sec on boss

Not exactly.

Firestorm " One impact every 0.1 seconds "

Our blast / Damage radius per bolt is 12
Our radius is 30. Which means that 100% of all bolts will hit a target with a hitbox of atleast 10.

Our duration is 2.9 seconds which means in a single firestorm a boss will be hit 29 times.


Avrg Single Target DPS - 379,xxx

Here is spell echo if you're looking for maximizing dps w/o conc

Can "immolate" be used in any reasonable fashion?
Maybe if we got an Scorching Ray totem or something? I wonder if it would be worth it.

Look at build #4. It completely abuses the Immolate Gem, that gem is 30% Of that build's total damage.
