Ok. He is ready to buy.

Here is the final list with only a couple things. Don't need SSD and I have that GPU, the GTX 750 (I know, not the best)

build is outdated, and overpriced. This is why we ask ppl 2 days prior to purchase.
mobo price went up, psu price went up, ram price went up.

you would need to tell us the new budget, without the ssd and gpu. Is your bro's budget still 879 without those 2 components? 500-879 is also a large range in budget, so what is his max budget? You cant expect the best help when you're not too clear. Also, just making sure he is really ready to purchase becuase a build today won't be optimal for the price you pay. Example is the build from a month ago, and today.

Budget would be the same, yes. Nothing has changed with budget. Never needed a ssd, but would have been a bonus. Always had the GPU as well, however, no longer need a build since I got a rig. Thanks for the help.
