i wont go into specifics of the reason why i ended up there
but i ended up defending myself in a court hearing
the state vs me (the state of texas)
the state had money to gain from me if they won, so they prosecuted me with alot of lies from my own words
it was by far the most evil thing i have ever witnessed in my life, they prosecuted me and lied a good 5 times to convict an innocent person just in the interest of money
is it this bad in most cases when it comes to "state interests"?
This is very common near me with traffic violations.
My personal advice is to always keep your mouth shut, even when they ask you simple things like asking "what happened?" They can't use evidence if you don't say anything. You're entitled to the fifth amendment.
We are all curious about what type of crime it was and why though.
