Currently I have a 1060 6 GB laptop.

I wanna do 4k gaming however on my 55 inch SUHD tv and possibly get a 27 inch monitor in the future.

What specs do you guys recommend and what kind of price would one expect to pay?

Games I am interested in
Doom
Mass Effect

do u have any parts like case, hdd or ssd, fans, etc to re use ? could help save around $100 or more

also this is on sale right now, 27 inch, but not 4k, its 1440p, but its a decent price for a name brand 1440p. $300 right now

27 in tv or monitor? quite a big difference between computer monitor and a tv

as far as the size of the screen on either, in 4k resolution several things may be too small for you to see well, and you may want to zoom in to things often to read wording. some people dont mind this too much, but some may dislike it quite alot. then again, you can just change the resolution as needed if you get a 4k display that is 27 inches.

as far as difference in quality, yes there is a quite a large difference in quality from 1440p to a 4k display.
