Ten years ago it was 2007. I was living in paradise back then, in a small town in Sweden. That sort of town would be like an utopia 2017. Today the town is infested with crime and drugs. The world is getting tougher, colder, bigger.

The big question is if we really are getting better, or if we are heading towards a major catastrophe? Society has always went up and down throughout history, civilizations has bloomed, and eventually fallen due to corruption, moral decay and war. What is your picture of the western world in ten years? What will the western world look like in 2027?

Honestly, I blame social media and the ability to pass on information of any kind instantly.

The internet has been one of mankinds greatest tools, and downfalls.

We won in the election. It's started. The majority don't want to be censored anymore and are fighting against it.

Come to the states We have no lack of charming small towns of all sorts.

Internet was the death blow to humanity imho. Not only has it perverted the youth with pornography, games and drug propaganda, it has become the biggest platform for hate and other vile stuff.

We still have charming small towns in Sweden though, but I've noticed a trend in my country, and abroad, that people are getting harder and the world is getting bigger and less familiar.
