I made an IK ww/shout barb a few ladders ago cuz I like sets, it worked well and IK isn't too pricey. I also ran him alongside a hdin and sorc a lot, but he's capable on his own. I had an enigma in stash that I used from time to time but not necessary. I think I kept lawbringer and grief on switch, or lawbringer a5 merc, I can't remember entirely.
But yeah if yur lookin for a budget build IK isn't bad, but there's probably more qualified barb players, I personally was never huge into barbs. Good luck and have fun!
