this comment doesn't make much sense

I wasn't saying the legendary power is affected in any way based on the hand you're holding it in. Also, clearly not any shit ancient ballista is better than this as this was a huge upgrade over my fortress ballista, in all regards. All I lose out on is 180k hp shield on 10 hits, but I gain some vit and 24% area damage which is huge, plus a few hundred damage on the weapon's dps as well.

As to the guy that asked who uses nat's slayer for UE grenades, nobody except me as far as I can see, but if you read the comments under the pic and a bit later, I said I had run out of mats trying to forge an ancient ballista, and after 175 upgrade rares this was the best result. I am using it as a stepping stone until I can find a primal ballista, or one that is much better than the one I had before (which is in my stash). Of course there are better rolls than vitality on the offhand, but since this is nat's slayer base it comes with 25% rain of vengeance damage by default and OBVIOUSLY 1000 vitality is much better than RoV, which has no place in the build. Some of you have pointed this out, some others in the thread seem to be braindead to some degree.

No one is arguing that vit>RoV, only that the vitality roll could have been something better. Vitality on weapon = no trophy.

absolutely vitality could have been better, but there's something strange here (maybe I'm missing something) about the weapon. It seems that it rolls with 1 extra stat on it compared to my primal Dawn, so I consider the vitality as a bonus. My dawn has 4 perks; the main damage, area damage, IAS and dexterity, while this one has main damage, dex, vit, 10% damage and then the RoV that I rolled for Area Damage. maybe that is just something about the items that explains why Slayer gets 1 more primary stat

they roll %dmg, dex, RoV by default and get one more random primary stat plus one random secondary.

It's actually pretty shitty for a primal, nats slayer always rolls % damage, so the only good roll you even got was 12 disc.
